A Women's Circle

Motherhood changes everything - including how you think and feel about yourself. While many programs focus on the practical aspects of motherhood, this circle creates a safe space to tend to your mental and emotional well-being.

The tools (and strategies) provided in this program will strengthen your resilient mindset and bring ease into your motherhood journey. The bonds you'll form with other mothers who truly "get it" often become the foundation of lasting friendships that continue to nurture and support you long after our seven weeks together – it takes a village after all.

A 7-Week Support Program for Moms-to-Be

Program Details:

  • 7 weekly meetings

  • Small, intimate group 

  • Practical exercises and take-home tools: this program will be app-supported.

  • Supportive community of like-minded moms

  • Weekly practice guides

  • Private messaging group for ongoing support

Motherhood can be challenging and lonely. Come together with other moms (to-be) in a warm, judgment-free space where you can share experiences and learn tools to strengthen your mindset during one of life's biggest transitions.

 

Through weekly meetings, you will discover how to quiet your inner critic, build emotional resilience, lessen the stress that comes with motherhood, and build confidence in your path as a new mom.
